Photoshop 2023 update error -not enough memory

Photoshop gives an error that you don't have enough memory space since the last update. I couldn't figure out a type. what should I do? I am in a very difficult situation.

    Windows 11 | Photoshop 24 | 32G RAM

    Frozen solid

    Thinking about rolling back to v23.5.2 just so i can continue to work while this is figured out

    Sorry to jump in on this, however though I'm not getting that message and have tons of memory - I'm still having what may be a related issue Photoshop freezing on opening. The software loads and freezes. I cannot access Help - because as I said Photoshop in nonfunctional. The only way to get out of it is to use the task manager.

      It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
