Photoshop 2024 Batch convert bug

Question

Photoshop 25.1  |  MacOS Monterey 12.7I've been using Photoshops Batch convery feature to set the timings and optimise GIFs for an automotive brand. I'll create an action to select all frames and set a time duration, set it to loop 3 times and then run it through "Save for web (legacy)" to manage the filesizes. However when running the batch convert using this action, I get a pop-up saying that photoshop is unable to perform the frame selection and therfore doesn't let me complete the batch convert. However when i run the action alone from the action panel I have no errors. It only stalls when using it in conjunction with the batch convert.

Hey, @Tom Revell. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Actions are custom workflow, and it'll help if you export and share the action file for us to test this. You're working on macOS Monterey, test if the issue exists when you upgrade the macOS to Ventura or Sonoma.
