Photoshop 2024 crashing when I access filter gallery

Question

Everytime I have been trying to access filter gallery on photoshop is crashes and says an error has occurred? I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop and cleared space on my Mac, looked at other options but none has helped

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences manually first. Note: uninstalling/resintalling does not automatically remove prefs.

If that does not improve, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
