Photoshop 2024 full updated version freezes up when I use SAVE a COPY only

I continuously face an issue with Photoshop where I cannot save files as PNG or JPEG, and now WebP also fails. This problem is recurring and extremely frustrating. Occasionally, I can save one file, but subsequent attempts lead to freezing. I've cleared the cache, and reinstalled Photoshop multiple times, but the issue persists. It's a time-consuming and exasperating process without a clear solution, only temporary fixes.
