Photoshop 2024 just not running correctly and crashing

I have had adobe remotely on to my computer, updated drivers etc. They said I dont have enough RAM but im not sure what figures they were looking like as apart from a solid state drive and enough RAM the new PS version just will not run, it crashes and uses 94% of my computer. The adove help person re-configured but it still wont run. I went back to 2023 version and it's absolutely fine not an issue.

What does it mean to "have had Adobe remotely on to [your] computer?
How much RAM do you have?
How much free space?
Have you sent in crash reports and included your Adobe ID?
What is your GPU and does it support Feature level 12?
Does your computer meet or exceed the recommended system requirements?
