Photoshop 2024 Printing Dark and Red

At my art college, I walked into a situation where all of the prints we are making are printing dark and with a slightly red hue (I must note at this point that I don't have trained eyes for this, but my professors do). Allegedly, around the time we upgraded our Macs, the bespoke solution that my predecessor came up with (where he altered the drivers and left no documentation on how he did it) stopped working. I don't know if it had to do with the update from macOS from Sonoma to Sequoia.

We have Canon imageProGraf-2100 printers using Breathing Color paper, and we've tried just about everything we can think of. We updated the drivers, we put the Breathing Color paper profile in the appropriate directory on the school Macs, we've tried a bunch of different settings and built in profiles on Photoshop, and we can't seem to dial the settings in. We're at our wits' end and are in desperate need of advice to get this correct for our students. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Post a screenshot of the Photoshop print dialog.

In the print dialog, click "Print Settings", and post another screenshot of the dialog that opens.
