Photoshop 2025 - live text appears uneven and wobbly upon distorting or skewing. How to fix?

Photoshop 2025, live text appears uneven and wobby upon distoring or skewing.

How do I resolve? Previous versions never had this effect.

The individual characters are not remaining flush with the baseline.

Can you also share your system info? You can find this by going to Help > System Info copying and pasting into a text file and attaching it here. Please also share a screenshot if the issue you're seeing.
