PHOTOSHOP 2025 stuck on wheel using finger tool

Hello, i have an MBP M4 Pro, and when im using photoshop with finger tool stucks on whell, im trying to use finger tool stuck on whell, i tried to use 2024 PS, and another version of 2025 and problem its still happening
