Photoshop 2025 v. 26.5 crashing when "finding system profiles"

Question

Photoshop 2025 v. 26.5 is crashing when getting to the "finding system profiles" part of the startup. I have tried the following with no success:
1. Reinstall PS
2. Clearing system preferences (ctrl +alt + shift when starting)
3. Removing all Adobe credentials
4. Used the CC removal tool, removed all preferences, re-installed everything.
 
Any ideas?
Crash reports were submitted under the " account

Hey, @jjacumin. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active enterprise subscription.

Your subscription is an entitlement through your school/institute. An IT team or Administrative body might manage it. Please check with your institution's IT/administration for help troubleshooting this further, as you might not have access to troubleshoot this machine.
