Photoshop 2026 (27.x) crash silencieux à "Examen de la mémoire" — aucune erreur système, Photoshop 26 fonctionne normalement

Depuis environ deux semaines, Photoshop 27.x se ferme systématiquement pendant la phase "Examen de la mémoire" du démarrage, sans message d'erreur.

Ce que j'ai déjà testé, sans succès :

  • Désinstallation et réinstallation complète, plusieurs fois
  • Réinitialisation des préférences (dossier Settings supprimé manuellement)
  • Lancement avec Maj enfoncée (sans plugins tiers)
  • Vérification et changement du disque de travail
  • Vérification du profil couleur de l'écran (sRGB, pas de P3)
  • Mise à jour des pilotes GPU
  • Antivirus/Windows Defender : aucun blocage dans l'historique de protection
  • Observateur d'événements Windows : aucune erreur enregistrée, le processus se termine proprement (confirmé via Process Monitor — arrêt propre, pas de crash)
  • Vérifié les logs Adobe (distNGLLog, PDApp.log, oobelib.log) : aucune erreur, aucune mention de Photoshop dans les échecs de licence

Ce qui fonctionne :

  • Photoshop 26.x (version précédente) se lance et fonctionne parfaitement sur la même machine
  • Toutes les autres applications Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.) fonctionnent sans problème

Configuration : MSI Creator Z16 HX Studio (CreatorPro Z16HXStudio B13VKTO-029FR), Windows 11

Le fait que la version 26 fonctionne parfaitement sur la même machine et que le processus se ferme proprement (sans erreur système) suggère un problème propre à la 27.x elle-même plutôt qu'à ma configuration matérielle.

    Thank you for the very detailed report and for documenting everything you’ve already tested. I don’t want you to repeat the troubleshooting you’ve already completed.

    Your MSI Creator system uses a hybrid graphics configuration, and we’re investigating startup issues in Photoshop 27.x on systems with both integrated and discrete GPUs. I can’t confirm yet that this is what you’re encountering, but I’d like to test that possibility with the newest build.

    Could you please install and test Photoshop (Beta) 27.11?

    Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and go to Apps > Beta > Photoshop (Beta). You can install it alongside your existing Photoshop versions.

    Please let us know:

    • Did the Photoshop 27.11 Beta launch successfully?
    • If it also closes, is Memory Check again the last message displayed?
    • Does it terminate at approximately the same point every time?

    If Adobe Crash Reporter appears after either the 27.10 or 27.11 Beta failure, please submit the report and enter the same email address associated with your Adobe Community account. If there’s a description field, please mention that Photoshop terminates during Memory Check and reference this Community post.

    If Crash Reporter doesn’t appear at all, please tell us that as well. Given your observation that Windows sees Photoshop terminate cleanly, that distinction is useful.

    Could you also provide:

    • Help > System Info > Copy from the working Photoshop 26.x installation.
    • The exact Intel integrated GPU and NVIDIA GPU shown under Windows Device Manager > Display adapters.
    • The driver versions for both GPUs.
    • Does disabling the Intel or Nvidia GPU from Device Manager > Display Adapters make any difference?
    • The exact Photoshop 27.x releases you’ve tested so far.

    If 27.11 Beta launches while 27.10 continues to terminate at Memory Check, that comparison will be particularly useful. If both fail identically, we’ll have a much cleaner current-build reproduction to investigate further.
