Photoshop 2026 Crashes when creating groups from layers.

This happens every time in 2026 Photoshop. It's pretty frustrating. I tried resetting preferences, but that didn't help. I hope Adobe can figure it out because Layers are helpful. It’s probably a hard problem to solve for them since it’s been happening for such a long time. I work on a MacBook Pro M5, 8 TB, 128 GB RAM. 

Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences? This usually helps sort out minor glitches.

We’ll need a bit more information to troubleshoot this. Could you share your System Info from Photoshop? You can find it by going to Help > System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply, or share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service.
