Photoshop 2026 Generative Remove/Remove Object only works when I use a Tri (3) mobile hotspot.

It fails on Wi-Fi networks at my office and cafés. I use a MacBook Pro 2020. I already tried changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, but it still does not work. The feature immediately works again when I switch to Tri hotspot. Please investigate possible network/routing issues with Adobe's Generative AI services.

    ​@realistic_parent2ecb It fails on your office and café Wi‑Fi, so are you using a VPN, firewall, or any network filtering? I attended an Adobe event where one participant was connected through a VPN and couldn't fully use some of Adobe's cloud-based features. Since Generative Remove works on your mobile hotspot, I'd try disconnecting any VPN and testing again. That would help determine whether the issue is network-related rather than Photoshop itself.
