Photoshop 2026 Generative Remove/Remove Object only works when I use a Tri (3) mobile hotspot.

It fails on Wi-Fi networks at my office and cafés. I use a MacBook Pro 2020. I already tried changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, but it still does not work. The feature immediately works again when I switch to Tri hotspot. Please investigate possible network/routing issues with Adobe's Generative AI services.
