I'm having many issues with Photoshop CC 21.1.0 on MacOS Catalina. My Macbook is a 2017 13 inch model, that shouldnt happen.

I cannot move canvas, set photoshop to full screen without it crashes.

If I got success moving canvas, I need to zoom in or zoom out to my changes effect it.

I already tried to reinstall photoshop, disable graphics processor but nothing works.

FINALLY FIXED!
This was caused by an command I used to keep my menu bars in dark mode but some windows not. Heres the post that post the solution:

I recently purchased an iMac Pro with Catalina 10.15.3.  The latest version of Photoshop is 21.1.0.  I'm having issues when scrolling with the f key and zooming.  I'm getting weird horizontal lines indiscriminantly across my images.  Sometimes green, sometimes thick lines that look like a bar code.  It's very random.

Hi there,

We are sorry about the performance issues with Photoshop 21.1.

Please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then "Security and Privacy", then select the "Privacy" tab. Once there, select "Accessibility" from the list on the left and Photoshop to the list. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under "Full disk access". Once done, please restart the computer to check if that helps.

If you still face issues, please reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#restore_preferences

Please backup your actions, brushes, etc. before you reset the preferences. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Regards,

Nikunj
