Photoshop 21.2.2 keeps crashing after opening or saving files on Windows 10

When opening a file Photoshop keeps doing nothing. Task manager says Photoshop is not responding. After a while the file opens. The same for saving a file. It's very annoying and totally not time efficient.

Sorry for my very late respond. Below are a few screenshots with details about my laptop.

I don't know where to find the log with the PS specifications.

Using the previous version (PS21.2.1) seems to be a solution.

That is not much help. All the information you have now add is you have a laptop not a desktop. Nothing about your software and its levels configuration and system information.  I posted the type of information needed to help with your problem...
