The version of photoshop 22.2 was supposed to be available for download until August 2023 in the desktop Creative cloud. It does not seem available anymore, at least I cannot find it. I have seen that other people have complained about the same thing.

According to this, version 22.2 should be available in the Creative Cloud app today, although that will depend on your location

You will only see the current version and the previous version to download. That's been policy for a while now.

YOu can download previous versions of Photoshop here
