photoshop 23.5 not using GPU

After the last update to V. 23.5 the Scrubby Zoom doesn't work anymore. I tried everythin in the performance settings, with/without GPU, OpenCL, nothing woks except rolling back to a previous Version

System:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3,60 GHz

Installed RAM 32 GB 
Edition Windows 11 Pro 64bit, Version 21H2
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
Dispay: Samsung U28E590 (UHD 3840 x 2160)

I have noticed that the last version of Photoshop 23.5 its crushing the scrubby zoom. I am very used to use scrubby zoom, and is just not working. I'd reinstalled the older version 23.4.2 and its working properly.

All options was set in 23.5:
Use graphics processor

Open CL

Resetted preferences,

Disabled the third plugins

But i've concluded that the problem was the version 23.5

I have set all my usual configs on older version (23.4.2) and works fine. 

Fix this please.

Hi @agule thank you for the post. We have noticed an issue with Ps and Nvidia cards and are working with them to solve this which is why you are seeing Ps not using your GPU.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
