Photoshop 24.0.1 still not working SMH still stuck on 22.5.9

Photoshop 24.0.1 still not working what a shocker smh I've been stuck on 22.5.9 for a while I can't even use the new photoshops none of them work it's crazy how much money I'm giving them and I can't even use any of the new things coming out last time I had them get on to my computer to fix stuff they deleted files for other programs that I needed it was crazy how is it that none of them work I'm just amazed all of the updated just crash on my pc and just sit there for minutes with the not responding
