Photoshop 25.4.0 Windows Resizing On Launch

Hi, every time I launch Photoshop 25.4.0 it automatically resizes my windows.

"Screenshot_2.png" linked in this thread is how I have my Photoshop workspace set up to launch.

It's saved as a preset, and my workspace is Locked.

When I launch Photoshop, the menus auto-arrange themselves as seen in "Screenshot_1.png": the colour ramp massively extends, and the Navigator panel does the same, leaving no room for the Layers panel.

Going to the Workspace tab and clicking "reset" correctly resets the tab layout to as it should be, as seen in Screenshot 1.

I have tried deleting all my Workspaces and making them from scratch, using the default Workspaces, etc. I can't fix this issue. Every time I open Photoshop, it resets my panel layout to this setup I've never asked it to do. I have to click reset every time I launch Photoshop so I can actually use my windows as I want them to be set out.

This only started recently, I thought updating from 25.3 to 25.4 would fix it, but it didn't.

Any ways to fix this? Thanks.

Perhaps a Photoshop preferences reset is needed:
