Photoshop 25 problem

Can you please solve this bug?

Please have a look at the Videoclip (Screen Capture) attached: switching (clicking onto) different File-Windows in Photoshop 25. (this bug was in earlier versions too). It happens often that the content of the window dissapears when clicking onto it. The image appears again, when doing something else with the activated window (for i.e zoom, mask, resize the window etc.)

- newest Photoshop

- Mac Mini M2

- 24 GB Ram

Hi @lalelu-media @SirFrogster Go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Any improvement?

I tried that and it didn't work for me. What did work was to always work on the layer loose, and only after I finished in that particular layer, to put it inside a group. For some reason the bug only appears if I work on layers inside groups.

Yes, your workaround works, thanks for the advice.

I had remote access with Adobe Support. He/She has opened Photoshop with Rosetta. At that moment everything seemed to work and the bug was gone. Unfortunately the bug came back after the support service call, the same situation as before.

Then by chance I came across the ridiculous solution: JUST SHOW THE RULERS and the bug is gone! (well, the bug isn't really gone, but it's a workaround). Please let me know if you have had the same experience.

Unfortunately, I didn't hear from support that they were working on the bug (on the contrary - he denied that it was a bug, after all it worked the moment he was online with me).

I'm annoyed with Adobe, sorry! All we hear from the company are fat profits and a planned 10% price increase in November.

Instead, there are bugs that are not acknowledged and not fixed.

I've had the same issue for the last couple upgrades. Pretty frustrating.
