Photoshop 26.11 Crash on startup

Updated to latest photoshop version, windows 11 version and GPU driver.

Crash every single time. Even tried restoring to 25.12.4, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't work. Here's the log. What can I do?

ok now the issues is that photoshop do not load or open at all, either 25 version or 26, they simply DON'T load. Am I loosing money and commissions? Yes. Do I need still to pay YOU for making me lose money Adobe? Yes.

Y'all need to resolve this or ooooh boy I will buy all affinity and simply say goodbye as all the artists lately do.

This is frustrating.

I use 26.8.1. I don't update. It's been my experience "UPDATES" break the working system so I don't do it. Adobe will be history with me once the year is up because of their flakey updates. I don't usually buy software because the free stuff is usually better if not equal to the PAID nonsense and It's certainly NOT worth continuing to pay for if it can't be updated.

Your GPU link is a 404. Also, the startup crash isn't locking on brushes or Conversion, it's just that those are typically the longest to load, but in reality, it's happening at a random point in the startup. Still happens even if i turn the gpu sup off, and the Adjustment layer hue&sat bug is back.

Another vote for crashing @ 26.11 version. I have resulted in going back to 26.10 and it was tempermental however I can get it to load almost every time. Windows 11 24H2 (if that helps)

Me too. 26.11 version DO NOT open. Please if anyone works for a living and PAY adobe, do NOT and I repeat, do NOT install the version of 26.11. It will crash all photoshop and won't work at all.

I had the same issue. I installed 26.0 and I don't update. That works! I hope this helps.

I also tried using adobe creative cloud cleaner tool to remove photoshop and reinstalled it. No luck.
Also tried uninstalling reinstally many many times. No luck.

Something as basic as 'Run as Administrator' helps in a few cases.

Just head to the Photoshop installation folder (Default - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025)

Find Photoshop.exe > right-click > use 'Run as Administrator'.

There are no crash report/dialogue that comes up. it just closes after I see the photoshop window briefly.

I tried run as admin, no luck.

Safemode with networking seemed to work. ANd I was able to get system info from safemode:

Hi @Rinthe1! Thanks for reaching out.
From your post history, it looks like you've been experiencing crashes since at least August across multiple versions of Photoshop, has this been happening for a while now?
It would really help to take a look at your System Info. You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy the details into a text file and attach it to your reply, or feel free to share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any other file-sharing service you prefer.

Yes it's been happening a ton this year. And i can't access Help > System Info because photoshop crashes on launch.
