Photoshop 26.4.0 object selection tool bar not showing people option

GPU is Nvidia RTX 4000 Quadro with current driver

Have reset Photoshop preferences, reset toolbar, processing preferences to stable, Select object option set to cloud

No people option on the options bar.

Side note, people selection in LRC works fine.

Many thanks, found .10 to be the most current and worked fine. For some reason Creative cloud was not showing me there was an update.
