Photoshop 26 and 27 history bugged

I use that action to create 3 new layers through neural filters sucessfully. However history always lags a layer. That means if I click the latest history step one of my layers will be deleted and I'll have 2 new layers instead of 3.

"The file type (.ATN) is not supported"

Unfortunatly I cannot paste the action file here.
