Photoshop 27.1.0 freezes whenever I start the app

Photoshop 27.1.0 freezes whenever I start it, all the app freeze with no error or freezing messages or any reports, it keeps stocking, I tried to clear the temp files and reset the app from the preferences and also holding the (ctrl+alt+shift) buttons method and reset it several times, but it's still the same.
I use 64-bit Windows 11 pc, 16 ram  and 1T SSD
I worked with this version smoothly for almost 2 months with no issues, the issue suddenly happened yesterday
