Photoshop 27.3 vibrance and saturation slider won't work

Hi, I would also like to point out that since the 27.3 update preview of vibrance and saturation slider does not work properly. Preview only show on half of the image and if I start to play with the sliders the whole preview stars to fall a apart and I dont really know what am i doing. The whole adjustment becomes unusable.

    Could you record a short video and share it with me, along with the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.
