Photoshop 3D refuses to open despite everything is fine

Can someone please tell me why 3D just won't open no matter what?????? I tried everything on the internet etc. unable native canvas, use old version, force high performance, update windows, update photoshop, update graphic card but nothing works. The same error just pop everytime but there really isn't anything that i can think of would cause this problem. PLEASE HELP

3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 alongside the current version which is available from the Creative Cloud app
