Another approach would be to use something in the Filter Gallery (Filter > Filter Gallery...) such as Charcoal and adjust the sliders as necessary. The effect comes out more like crosshatching than individual strokes, but it's another fast way to make a photo look like a drawing.

One approach would be to use the Style Transfer Neural Filter. With your layer selected, go to Filter > Neural Filters... and toggle on the Style Transfer Neural Filter. You can use one of the Artist styles or Image Styles Presets or select Custom and use another image with a style you'd like to transfer. Adjust the sliders to adjust the effect. I may not be 100% like the drawing, but it can get you closer to a hand-drawn look pretty quickly.
