Photoshop alignment and distribution are not working when using pixel layers to distribute.

@mysysctrlm74982608 it's working as expected for me too, with Photoshop version 26.5, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

It works here IF there is transparency around the detail on the pixel layer

So to start, select three pixel layers :

Then Align:


Then Distribute :
