Photoshop ALT Keys not working correctly

In photoshop, when I have any of my tools selected and press and hold the LEFT Alt key down, it switches to the Zoom Out tool. BUT, if I press and hold the RIGHT Alt key down, it will do when the normal alt key press does when you have a tool selected.

It is the same no matter what I have selected.  Weird part is, this has only just recently changed this week. It was never like this. How do I change the Left Alt key back to doing what it was and NOT switching back to the Zoom Out tool.
