Photoshop and Illustrator Purchase guide

I was looking out to purchase photoshop and illustrator in the offical website but all of a sudden it shows "Does not work on this device"....how to proceed further...?
My device specs are windows 11, amd ryzen 7435hs with 16gm ram and 4gb graphics card.

That's obviously not correct. Try a different web browser.
