Photoshop and Indesign not loading cloud documents...

After a recent update my indesign has been running EXTREMELY slow when it comes to pulling documents off the cloud... and now photoshop is too... I have uninstalled photoshop, indesign and the creative cloud and it continues to be an issue... Never had this issue before...

Keeps freezing on performing cloud documents task when trying to open a cloud document in photoshop...

Any ideas as to why this is happening would be helpful
