Photoshop and other apps of CC not working

Question

Hi, all the apps in the CC aren't working, when I start the app I get the error 205 message which is not clear what's not working.

I tried to reinstall all the apps individually, tried to reinstall CC desktop app, tried with Windows defender off, tried the log-off → restart → log in, nothing seems to work. I had a problem with Web Edge View 2, but I reinstalled Edge and Web Edge View and nothing changed.

Do you have any idea where this can come from?

Hi, thanks for the quick answer, but it didn't work. The command in the steps wasn't working, so I deleted them by hand, but it didn't change anything except that I needed to reconnect to CC.

I still have the same error.

I am running on (copied from settings):
