My only plugin is Camera Raw. I've tried to uninstall and restart with no luck. I'm currently running an older version (v26) that seems to be mostly stable but still crashes during some actions.

Running

MS Surface Laptop 7th Gen

Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)

Windows 11 Pro

Build 26100.4484

Did you try to reset your camera raw preferences?

To reset Camera Raw preferences, you need to delete the Camera Raw preference fileThis can be done by holding down the Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys while opening a RAW file in Camera Raw from within Photoshop or Bridge. Alternatively, you can access the preferences dialog within Photoshop and delete the settings.
Steps to reset Camera Raw preferences:
1. From within Photoshop/Bridge:
  • Open a RAW file:
In Photoshop, open a RAW file or drag one onto the Photoshop window. In Bridge, right-click on a RAW file and hover over "Open in Camera Raw".
  • Hold down the keys:
Before clicking "Open in Camera Raw" or releasing the mouse button when dragging the file, hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift
  • Click "Yes":
A dialog box will appear asking if you want to delete the Camera Raw preferences. Click "Yes".

2. From within Photoshop Preferences:
Open Photoshop Preferences:
Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw
Delete Default Settings:
In the Camera Raw Preferences dialog, locate the setting you want to reset. Click the menu icon or right/left-click on the default setting and select "Delete".

  • Delete all settings:
To reset all Camera Raw preferences, you can delete the entire Camera Raw folder. This folder is typically located in:
    Windows: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw

Important Notes:
Resetting preferences deletes all custom settings, including those for raw defaults, presets, and other Camera Raw adjustments.
If the reset option doesn't appear, it means the setting hasn't been changed.
If you're having trouble with Camera Raw not working, resetting the preferences can be a helpful troubleshooting step,

  • You can also reset individual adjustments within a Camera Raw editing session by holding down the Alt and clicking the "Reset" button or the specific setting,

Hope this helps.
