Photoshop Brightness flickering using several tools

Hi everybody,

I hope someone could help me.

I know this problem was discussed several time but maybe someone found a solution.

The Photoshop background (with or without photo) shows rapidly white flashing using some tools like brush and clone.

here and example founded in youtube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYXOiz9ZVbM

I have an asus with these spec. :Intel Core i7-8750H, RAM 16 GB DDR4,  Nvidia GTX1050Ti  4 GB DDR5.

Deactivating the discrete videocard (in Nvidia panel)  or just the Graphic Acceleration Option in photoshop precerences solved the problem but as you can imagine using photoshop with just only the integrated card or the Nvidia card without graphic acceleration  is not the best  choice because it becames slow after a while.

Do you know another solution different from the official ones listed by Adobe?

I have all the drivers updated.

Thanks in advantage.

Could anyone suggest me something regarding this issue?

It's really common for a lot of people....It schould be great if Adobe could find a solution.

It's not a Photoshop issue. This has been up many times before. It's a modification the laptop manufacturer has made to the video driver, or a separate setting in the laptop, intended to adjust brightness according to whatever's on screen. You need to find that setting. That has always been the solution in previous threads about this.

This only happens with laptops, and a general problem with laptops is that the manufacturer fills them with so many "helpful" additional apps and utilities that it's hard to find the operating system underneath it all.

Thanks for answering me.

I know this thread was discussed here several times in fact  I wrote this in the beginning of my post.

The problem is that in all the threads I read here I didn't find any solution contrary to what you said.

Pleace could you link me the post you referred to?

It could help me and other people a lot.

Thanks
