Photoshop brush lagging and freezing after the latest updates.

I couldnt use photoshop for six months unfortunately. I was using the simple tools last year. But its freezing now. When I try to paint ım waiting because of lagging. In my opennion my computer is enough for photoshop software. I attached my computer’s spesifications. What is the solution?
