Photoshop brush properties not resetting
I've been having a bit of an issue with my brushes not keeping their original properties. For example, if I'm painting with the general 'Hard Round' brush then go to an imported 'Art Marker' style brush, when I return to the hard round brush the properties are the same as the previously used art marker brush, i.e the blending mode, size and flow are all the same as the 'art marker', but the brush tip shape is back to being 'hard round'. This seems to mainly effect the 'general' brushes and I can reset the brush in the options bar, but pretty sure I shouldn't need to do this manualy each time. Is there someting I'm overlooking?
