Photoshop buttons greyed out in LRC

Question

I can only reach to the virture and real person chat for help. However, the real person never show up. Just recent days, the PS Apps from LcR are totally greyed out. Do you happen to know why? is it a bug? How can it be fixed? Thanks for your help.

It was a typo. All PS apps such as 'open in Photoshop as layers', 'edit in photoshop' etc. were greyed out. Thanks Veshet who told me unstall and re-install both LRC and PS again. Now issues have been resolved. Thank you Jane

Is LcR a typo for LRC (Lightroom Classic) or does it mean something else? Which Photoshop apps are greyed out?

Can you show a screenshot of your entire workspace including the grey out icons? We might be able to help you figure this out.
