Photoshop, Camera RAW, InDesing

Buenos días:

Tengo un iMac del año 2009 con el sistema operativo macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

No puedo actualizar el sistema operativo, por lo que no puedo descargarme las aplicaciones que tengo en mis planes en Crative Cloud.

Este problema me surgio hace unos años y desde Adobe me pasaron unos archivos de descarga de Photoshop, Camera RAW e InDesing, pero han dejado de funcionar.

En la conservación telefónicamantenida ayer jueves 24 de julio con Adobe me comentaron que ellos no pueden darme una solución y me recomedaron ponerme en contacto con ustedes para plantearles este problema y saber y si me podrián ayudar.

Quedo a la espera de su respuesta.

    Adobe offers only the current and one previous version of their applications. The volunteers on this forum cannot access previous versions anymore than you can. I don't know why they sent you here and didn't tell you that directly. Unfortunately, we cannot assist.

      Evidentemente, por la antiguedad del ordenador no puedo actualizar el sistema operativo, por lo que no puedo descargarme las aplicaciones que tengo en mis planes en Crative Cloud.

      Hi,

      The CC app allows you to access the latest two versions.
      For Photoshop You can download versions 25 and 26, although 22.2 is still available for a limited period. Unfortunately the minimum system requirement is MacOS 10.15 (Catalina).
      For InDesign versions20 and 19 can be downloaded. Unfortunately version 19.0 requires MacOS version 11 Big Sur

      There is nothing we can do from this community to alter that as Adobe removed the download links for older versions.
