photoshop cc 2017 very slow in starting ( video inside )

Hello ,

i had a photoshop CC (14.0) , it was take only 6: 7 seconds to start ,

but after i installed photoshop 2017 ( lastest version ) it takes more than 1min and 10 seconds !!!!!!

and however there is no 3rd pary plugins and its a fresh install it takes alot of time in splash screen on ( scanning for plug-ins) line

please help me

Try starting Photoshop while holding down the Shift key. This forces it to ignore any third party plugins and add ons. If Photoshop then loads quickly, then that confirms were the problems is.

Uninstall your plug-ins one at a time, and test starting Photoshop after each uninstall. When you find the problem plug-in, download the latest version and reinstall it. Then test.

I am having the exact same problem

Macbook Pro Retina 15" 16GB memory. Takes forever to load. Kept CC2015 as a fallback and that loads like greased lightening. The only plugin I have is the Nik collection.
