Photoshop cc (2018)

Hello,

I have a Windows 8 PC with Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 installed on it. My subscription has expired and I have renewed it. But now I can't activate my Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 again. I know that on Windows 8 Photoshop is only supported up to version 2018. I don't want to install 2023 either, I just want to re-enable 2018. Before the subscription expired 2 weeks ago, there were no problems. 

I have a second PC with Windows 10 and Adobe Photoshop CC 2023. There are no problems there. So the subscription is fine. Only the connection to Photoshop 2018 does not work.

Does anyone know a solution to enable it again?
