Photoshop cc 2018

Hi There,

I'm a cc 2018 user for many years now and today I couldn't start photoshop and became a proposal for a 7 days trial instead.

I pay a monthly fee for using photoshop, Lightroom and CR.

I don't understand why they offer me a 7 days trial now.

can someone explain me what's going on here?
