Photoshop cc v25 screen blanking then going white then freezing

Since I upgraded to photoshop v25, If I use GPU acceleration,  I have screen freezing then computer freezing frequently.  The screen goes black then white then everything freezes and is unresponsive.  

I have not had it since I disabled gpu acceleration last 3 editing sessions of 1 hour each.  

Am on windows 11 22h2. 

I have a 12th gen intel i7, 32 gig ram, sandisk 980 ssd for c drive and a 14 gig seagate server drive for storage.  Upgraded to gigabyte nvidia 2080ti.  All new since 6 months. 

Often have to reboot with power button.
