Photoshop cc2020 no libraries, no home screen

After upgrading to CC2020, the library panel seems to be corrupt (panel shows blank, and it displays:  %DL_Libraries_panel_name

Also, I do not get the home page. I can only open new documents if I have the preference set to "legacy new document interface"

Is this a bug or is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

Please note that after following the instructions in the link you provided, I also used the Adobe cleaner tool to delete Photoshop, and then reinstalled PS 2020.

Hi,

Were you able to get your Home Screen back as well? Please let me know and I can help you get the HS if you have not already done so.

Thank you,

Ari

This is just like described in this post. What operating system?

No problems here. What operating system are you running? Have you tried resetting your preferences? If that doesn't do it, have you tried a clean install of PS (uninstall using the CC Cleaner tool)?

I could not reset the preferences, the Alt-Ctrl-Shift + Start Photoshop does not work. I cannot save either.... so I have a very faulty installation.

I run windows 10 pro 64x (up-to-date)

I have uninstalled/reinstalled and no luck... same issues remain....

Reinstalled previous version... also buggy, the home screen does not show.... agh.....

I have checked some of the other adobe cloud applications and now everything seems buggy.... issues with the home screen.... I'm glad that I didn't update AI and AE (on purpose) because they are the tools I work with daily....
