Photoshop changed my desktop layout

I just unstalled photoshop and it has changed the layout and style of my desktop outside of the program.

I have no idea how to change it back. my icons have become elongated and it changed the postiton of all my apps.

any information or help would be nice. i feel like canceling my auto renewl because of this but dont want to get a fine as it hasnt been 13 days yet.

@shaun34100591asnw neither can affect your desktop or other application icons. Sounds like you may have an issue with your GPU or OS.

it wont let me update this post but photoshop is still installing so that might not be the problem.

it my be with the creative cloud desktop.
