Photoshop changing colors from .jpg, why?

I need a help. I need to edit a jpg pic but when I put it on Photoshop, the colors change, got more saturate and vibrance. Sorry if I didn't explain well, english is not my native language. But i have some printscreens to explain more:
1 - This is the final edit and after all, the wife asked me to edit some wrinkles. This pic was export as srgb in "Save for web". Look at these colors and compare to the image 3.

2 - When I open the image, the color profile window is displayed and I select "leave as is" and hit ok

3 - But the color is changing (look back image 1)

If possible, how can I fix it?

Correct answer Per Berntsen

I'm not sure that I understand your workflow, but the reason for the image not having an embedded profile could be that you did not check Embed profile in Save for web.

Thank you Per Berntsen! For some reason, this box "embed color profile" was unchecked. Thank you for your support. Hope you have a nice day, or night!

Never ever work with untagged images (that don't have an embedded color profile). This is what happens! Textbook example.

Always keep color management policies set to "Preserve Embedded Profiles". Always make sure the file has an embedded profile.

Some applications (like Windows Explorer and Windows Photos) are not color managed. They don't support color profiles at all. They will never display correctly. Ignore them. With the correct profile handling, Photoshop always displays correctly.

This is just the basics. If you really want to trust what you see, you also need a calibrator.

I'm already did the calibration of my monitor. This was not the issue. Photoshop was showing different color than Lightroom, so, ALWAYS is a very strong word for this case. But, thank you ^^

I was in a hurry when I wrote that and needed to get the point across in as few words as possible. The thread appeared to be taking off in the wrong direction. Sorry about the raised index finger, but it felt necessary

I missed the Save For Web bit, but Per picked that up. The basic issue is the same in any case - when the document profile is missing, anything can happen. Like here. So when that dialog comes up, stop and go back to start.

It sounds like there’s a discrepancy in the RGB profile. I don’t use Lightroom too much, but theres a lot of articles about colors turning out differently. A quick search in the forums should give you quite a few threads regarding this.
