Hi,

I am having issues with the cloud not syncing on photohop on ipad, I have tried logging out on both ipad and windows desktop photoshop, creative clouds, and reinstalling but have had no luck trying to fix it. Is it affecting the syncing of shared files too? Because I'm working on a shared file with a friend and their latest changes isn't syncing to my file. Not really sure what to do here, tried finding an adobe support email wihout luck so I thought to try the community. Thanks so much!

Using iPad OS 18,5 and latest update of photoshop on ipad (6.5). Haven't had syncing issues with the share file before, and it just happens to show issue with my cloud syncing too right now, so I wonder if the two things are related or just concidence.

Hi @Philip29983625m48n,

Sorry for the delayed response. From your screenshot, it looks like Photoshop on iPad is showing a “Something is preventing syncing” error with Cloud Documents. This could definitely affect shared files as well, since shared projects also rely on Cloud sync to stay updated across devices.

A few things to check:
 1. Verify you have a stable Wi-Fi connection (sometimes switching to another network or hotspot helps).
 2. Sign out of both Photoshop and the Creative Cloud app on your iPad, then restart the device. Sign back in and leave the Creative Cloud app running in the background to allow sync to complete.
 3. Ask your friend to confirm whether their edits are visible in their own version of the shared file. If they are, the issue is on your sync side. If possible, have them re-share a new document with you after making a small edit to check that it is not a particular file.

Also, please try the steps in this HelpX article and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
