Photoshop crashes everytime I try to open an image

Hi!
As the title, I have problems launching Photoshop with Images, I don't know what to do.
Weeks and Weeks ago i only had problems with PNG Files, but now It do the same thing with all the image formats.

I have the last version of Photoshop, as a Pc I have a Acer Nitro 5 with 32 gb of RAM DDR4, RTX 3060 and a I5 10gen.

Hi @loyal_curiosity5372, I'm just checking in to see if the suggestion helped or if you are still running into this issue? Here are few things to try:

1. Try starting Photoshop while holding the Shift key to skip loading optional and third‑party plug‑ins. If it opens images afterward, update or remove the problematic plug‑ins.
2. Reset Photoshop preferences: try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences - https://adobe.ly/49MNmxj. Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset - https://adobe.ly/49MDraP

3. Clear the Photoshop font cache by deleting the CT Font Cache folder in the same directory.

If the issue began after a Windows update, follow Microsoft’s guidelines for fixing credential or preference issues. If none of the above helps, let us know and we can continue to troubleshoot the issue. I hope this helps! ^CH

Hi @loyal_curiosity5372, sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you are clicking on an image file in order to launch Photoshop, but it's crashing. What happens if you first open the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then open Photoshop from there, and next use File > Open. Does Photoshop still crash for you?
