Hey, @Mass.Illusion. Thanks for sharing the crash report. I've also located the Crash report you submitted from the Crash dialog.
Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System Info > Copy and paste it into a text document > Upload and attach it here.
The crash is relatively unique, so it could be device/configuration specific. There are a few possibilities directions about this, you can follow the list, or pick each, these are not serialized steps.
1 - For now, ensure there are no stale preferences in your Photoshop. Go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.
- Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
- You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
- Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2026 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2026. old), You can restore these preferences later if you need to.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
- Restart the computer.
These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install.
2 - Please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.
3 - Hold the Shift key when you launch Photoshop to skip loading any plugins.
4 - There are two Graphics processor on this machine: the power-saving Intel Graphics 750 UHD and the high-performance Nvidia RTX 4090.
Follow step 6 in the content here to configure the default GPU for Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/3KzqAAp
5 - If there is any custom tuning such as underclock, or overclock applied to the CPU, GPU, or RAM at the BIOS level can also destabalize Photoshop. Try temporarily disabling any such custome tune ups and check if that helps.
I hope this helps.
Thanks!
