Photoshop desktop version will not open files that are stored on my computer. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. This did not alter the failure to open files. Photoshop has Full Disk Access.

Photoshop desktop will not open files that are stored on my computer, Mac Tahoe 26.5.2. Photoshop opens but when I try to open a file it gives the spinning ball icon only. Photoshop has Full Disk Access. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Restarted the computer.
