Photoshop - Disappeared and won't update

Not happy -

I have the last of the steps in my work flow to do tonight and I come home to find that not only is Photoshop gone from my start menu and desktop, but the update keeps getting stuck (despite me turning off all firewalls), and now I can't even get PS to open from the CC desktop. WHINING.....
