Photoshop display doesn't show lines during drawing. I'm going to cancel my creative cliud subscription if this can't be fixed. Screen recordings enclosed. Why there’s no customer service?

    @Haránt Artúr

    Does it behave like this with all brushes, or just this one? If the latter, I’d conclude that’s a corrupt brush file.

    Looks like a GPU related issue.

    I tried these. Nothing worked. I even buyed a new video card recently. Doesn’t helped either. I’m going to try Affinity Designer and if it works I cancel my CC subscription. I fed up with Adobe

    Do a complete reset of preferences, by moving the whole “Adobe Photoshop 2026 Settings” folder to your desktop, so a new one can be rebuilt.

    Preferences contain a lot more than your own user settings. It’s the whole application configuration, including hidden and system-dependent parameters. Corrupt preferences usually look like application bugs and are usually mistaken for that.

    Preferences are vulnerable to corruption because they are rewritten on every application exit, as opposed to read-only program files. Errors accumulate, and can show up with new application code in an update.

    Save out custom actions and brushes first.
